After a chance encounter, Blake finds that she’s now stranded in the small town of Clearwater, Oklahoma for the unforeseeable future and decides to accept her fate. (Well, for at least the next 6 months or so.)
It’s been two months now and she can’t avoid the charming and warm group of young women that seem so hell bent on making her like the place so much.
Nor can she ignore the palpable tension that’s been building between her and the golden cowgirl she met on the side of the road!
Things are hurtling towards a breaking point and someone is going to have to make the first move.
Occurs after ‘FOG and FOG:CWC. Can be read straight after FOG.
Choosing to stay for now in the sleepy town of Clearwater, Oklahoma, after a chance encounter with a charming cowgirl, Blake begins to get complacent, relaxing into country life.
But unbeknownst to her, there’s a storm a brewing on the horizon, one she cant avoid. The life she thought she left behind in New York is about to collide with the local towns folk.
(Considering a Crosshares spin off. Set in New York.)
‘CONFESSIONS OF A FASHIONISTA.
It’s been 8 years since Carrie Mortimer packed a dressmaker’s mannequin, sewing machine and a rucksack into her battered truck, waved goodbye to a Golden Cowgirl and left behind the sleepy backwater town of Clearwater, sights firmly set on the bright lights of New York City.
It’s been 7 years since Coco Adel made her big debut on the catwalk at New York Fashion Week. It’s been 5 since she dropped her first collection garnering her critical acclaim.
8 long years of bitching fashion designers, models, the whirlwind of parties with the same conversations and people. Coco, never thought she would see the day that she would be jaded, tired and uninspired .
That is until she meets a timid but talented photographer, who reminds her of her hometown and who she used to be.

Y’all calling me a nerd for something that I watched a few of my profs and coworkers tear up over so let me wax poetic for a minute.
This is the densest thing in the known universe. This object doesn’t abide by our laws of nature. Black holes will be around long after every star has died and every planet is a cold husk. This black hole sees all of time around it, all at the same time. You’re looking into infinity and vast nothingness at the same time. This little blurry picture is our first direct look at the most powerful object in the universe. This picture proves Einstein and Hawking were right. This picture is the culmination of 100 years of hard work and an array of telescopes crisscrossing our entire planet. This is the first day of a new branch of astrophysics. Fuck y’all calling me a nerd at least I can appreciate the work and passion that went into this very image
This is so important because it shows the theories are right. Black holes actually exist just as was predicted. Everyone who worked on this has validated 100 years of physics and a lot of physicists are probably very happy the universe behaves as expected
